About these terms
These terms apply when you visit or buy from this store, which is run by Heart Mindfully of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

These terms sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and, for customers outside Australia, the consumer laws of your own country. Nothing here is intended to remove rights you have by law.

Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
You agree to give us accurate contact and delivery details, and to keep your account password private if you create an account.

Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges we received it, but a contract is only formed once we accept it, which happens when we dispatch the order.
If a product is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or we cannot deliver to your address, we may decline or cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian Dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
For international customers, the amount charged by your bank may differ slightly because of currency conversion or bank fees. Those charges are set by your bank, not by us.
Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes charged on arrival in your country are the responsibility of the customer unless we say otherwise at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Product descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including colours and measurements. Screens and lighting can make colours look slightly different, and handmade or natural items can vary a little.
We do not promise any particular result, health outcome or income from using our products. Please read the product page and any care instructions before ordering.

Delivery and risk
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for processing times and typical delivery windows.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can sort it out.

Fair use of our store
Please do not use this store to break any law, to copy our content, to interfere with the site, to scrape it, or to place fraudulent orders.
